§ Mr. Geoffrey RobinsonThe Inland Revenue announced a review of Self-assessment in a Press Release on 23 February 1998 and asked for views on what aspects of self-assessment went well and what aspects needed improvement. The closing date for comment was 29 May 1998 and responses are now being reviewed. The Inland Revenue expect to issue a report in due course.
