§ Dr. David Clark[holding answer 29 June 1998]: The only register that my Department is required to hold and publish by law is a register of all Statutory Instruments which have been made. The Queen's Printer is required under the Statutory Instruments Act to ensure publication of a list of the Statutory Instruments which have been registered, and this is currently undertaken by The Stationery Office Limited.
