§ Mr. HainI have had a number of meetings, and discussions. Officials from the Welsh Office and the Department for Education and Employment (DfEE) have been in regular contact with the College concerning European funding. As the hon. Member is no doubt aware, the Fraud Inspection Unit of DfEE and the Gwent Constabulary are currently investigating the receipt and allocation of European Social Funding by the College in 1995 and 1996.
