§ Mr. ByersThe effect of the proposals set out in the consultation paper cannot be quantified in the manner envisaged by the hon. Member, because the budget and outturn information currently provided by LEAs is not categorised in a way which enables the local and individual schools budgets to be estimated with sufficient accuracy.
