§ Mr. Battle[holding answer 15 January 1998]: I have asked the Office of Electricity Regulation (OFFER) to look into the electricity supply interruptions over the Christmas period.
The Office of Electricity Regulation (OFFER) is looking at the steps taken by the Public Electricity Suppliers, including MANWEB, to restore supplies and keep customers informed of the situation and likely restoration times. I have asked to see the conclusions of OFFER' s inquiry.
