§ Mr. Keith BradleyThese regulations were subject to consultation with the Social Security Advisory Committee under the provisions of section 172(1) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992. The Social Security Advisory Committee agreed that the draft regulations 381W should not be referred to them pursuant to 173(1)(b). We also consulted with the Local Authority Associations under the provisions of Section 176(1) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992.
