§ Mr. Nigel GriffithsMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Security is currently undertaking a wide ranging review of pensions. The review will encompass all relevant legislative provisions and bankruptcy case law impacting on the rights to a bankrupt's pension. It would not be appropriate to make a statement until the outcome of that review is known.
