§ Ms Glenda JacksonThe Rail Users' Consultative Committees' complaints figures for the quarter ending 31 December 1997 are currently being collated by the Central Rail Users' Consultative Committee. I will write to the hon. Member when the figures requested are available and will place a copy of my letter in the Library of the House.
The complaints figures requested for 1996 are not available. Virgin Trains did not commence operation of passenger rail services until 5 January 1997.
