§ Mr. GalbraithThe Dairy Products (Hygiene) (Scotland) Regulations 1995 prohibit the sale in Scotland of unpasteurised cows' milk for drinking. They do not prevent consumers purchasing, for their own use, raw cows' drinking milk in England and returning with it to Scotland.
