§ Mr. Mike O'BrienI am unable to disclose the payment record of individual carriers for reasons of commercial confidentiality. However, we are reviewing this policy of non-disclosure and intend to consult Government colleagues on this. I am able to say that a total of £112.8 million had been incurred by all carriers at 31 December 1997, of which £11.4 million (10.1 per cent.) remained outstanding.
