§ Mr. MacDonaldBoth water authorities have detailed emergency procedures to deal with contamination of local water supplies. In terms of East of Scotland Water Authority, these are called the Consolidated Waterborne Hazard Plan and in the West of Scotland Water Authority, these are called the Emergency Procedures Manual.
