The Attorney-GeneralThe policy regarding the recycling of information technology equipment in the Departments for which I am responsible is to redeploy the equipment within the relevant Department or, if it is past its useful life, to destroy it. Surplus equipment which is of value may be sold. All data are erased for security purposes.
