§ Mr. BoatengA Ministerial Task Force is being established to address the recommendations in Sir. William Utting's report "People Like Us". We shall announce the terms of reference and membership of the Task Force shortly. The first job of the Task Force will be to prepare the full Government response to Sir William's report.
