§ Mrs. Roche[holding answer 15 January 1998]: Of these four applications, three have been refused and one is still pending a final decision. Inquiries are being made under the non-statutory Code of Practice on Access to Government Information as regards the disclosure of further information. I will write to my hon. Friend as soon as possible and place a copy of that letter in the Library of the House.
