§ Mr. Tom ClarkeThe development of a skilled, world class workforce is vital if the tourism, hospitality and leisure industry is to provide the excellent service that customers demand. A working group of the Tourism Advisory Forum is looking specifically at training, qualifications and quality of employment and will feed into the new tourism strategy which we will publish next summer.
