§ Ms Glenda JacksonThe institutions required for delivering an integrated transport policy are being considered carefully and we shall be setting out our policies in the White Paper due to be published later this year. The specific proposals for restructuring transport in London under a Greater London Authority (GLA) will take this work into account. They will be set out in the GLA White Paper which we intend to publish in March.
