§ Ms Quin[holding answer 15 January 1998]: Her Majesty's Prison Weare was commissioned by the previous administration for an initial period of three years to help the Prison Service accommodate the very high number of prisoners. Its occupation and location will continue to be reviewed on a regular basis.
