§ Mr. Geoffrey RobinsonPEPs and TESSAs will be superseded from 1999 by the new individual savings account (ISA). We announced our proposals and published a consultative document on the ISA on 2 December. Responses were invited by 31 January. We have received so far, and continue to receive, large numbers of representations on these proposals.
