§ The Prime MinisterMy right hon. Friend the Home Secretary has no immediate plans for such a transfer, but all policy priorities and spending plans are subject to the outcome of the Comprehensive Spending Review. The Prison Service will continue to review how it can most effectively develop its core educational curriculum to meet the needs of all prisoners, particularly juveniles.
