§ Angela EagleThe Agencies reserve the right to refuse accreditation and to remove accreditation from any reprocessor. There is no statutory right of appeal against such decisions, but reprocessors will be given the relevant Agency's reasons in writing and will be notified of the complaints procedure if they wish to pursue any grievances. This complaints procedure does not affect any other legal remedies open to the reprocessor.
