§ Mrs. LiddellThe "Report of the Study Group on the Role of Public Finance in the European Integration" was published in April 1977 by the Commission of the European Communities. The Study Group was chaired by Sir Donald MacDougall and the report is frequently known as the MacDougall Report. Treasury officials have been endeavouring to obtain a copy of this report from the European Commission so that it can be placed in the Library. As soon as copies become available they will be placed in the Library.
