§ The Lord ChancellorThe cost of judicial training in preparation for implementation of the Human Rights Bill is estimated to be £5.0 million: £4.5 million for England and Wales; £450,000 for Scotland and £50,000 for Northern Ireland. Continuation training will be provided after implementation as necessary.
