Mr. Jenkin

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list for each year since 1978–79 the average household income in Scotland. [22394]

Total income and total income per head for Scotland for the household sector is given in the table. The household sector covers individuals living in households and in institutions. Data are available from 1984 only and are given at current prices.
