§ Mr. Ron DaviesI welcome the Report, copies of which have been placed in the Library of the House. I am grateful to the Committee, under the Chairmanship of Professor Ron Edwards, for their work. I would welcome comments on the recommendations by the end of March and hope to be able to respond to the Report in May.
