§ Mr. Meacher[holding answer 23 February 1998]: I understand the report referred to was made publicly available during the course of the Piper Alpha inquiry in 1990. Various papers associated with that inquiry were passed to the Health and Safety Executive in 1991. I have therefore asked the HSE to place a copy of the report in the House of Commons Library. The HSE advise however that they do not hold the photographs referred to in the report.
