§ Mr. FoulkesEU aid has helped the peace process in Palestine to survive under very difficult circumstances. The Commission is undertaking an evaluation of its programme to the Palestinians. We will be seeking to ensure that lessons learned from this evaluation are taken fully into account in the programme.
