Whether they will issue a circular to local authorities, extending the advice contained in Department of the Environment Circular 18/94 (Gypsy Sites Policy and Unauthorised Camping) dealing with evictions conducted under Sections 77 to 80 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, so that it applies also to Order 113 of the Rules of the Supreme Court: summary proceedings for possession of land.
