§ Mr. MichaelThe available information given in the table shows the number of persons aged 10–13 and 14–17 either cautioned or proceeded against and convicted by type of court for certain sexual offences, where the victims were known to be aged under 16 years. It is not possible to identify, from the information held centrally, all sexual offences where the victim is aged under 16 years.
