§ Mr. Milburn[holding answer 27 January 1998]: The Medical Devices Agency has advised users to ensure that they have complete and accurate inventories of all medical devices and associated equipment that could possibly be date aware, and therefore could be adversely affected by such problems.
EL97/59 was issued to all health authorities and trusts in October informing them of their obligations and setting out milestones for achieving them.
