§ Dr. David ClarkThe National Audit Office is not within the jurisdiction of the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration and is therefore not subject to theCode of Practice on Access to Government Information. The position of the National Audit Office with regard to the proposed FOI Act is still under consideration.
