§ Mr. DarlingI understand that arrangements are in hand for the teachers' and other public services' pensions schemes to check payments to such pensioners and make adjustments where there has been an underpayment, assisted by information provided by the Benefits Agency. However, the actual arrangements are a matter for the individual pension schemes.
