§ Mr. Win GriffithsSections 3, 4(1)(a) and 17 of the NHS Trusts (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 1990 provide for a committee, comprised of the Chairman and Non-Executive Directors of a trust, whose function is to appoint the chief officer of a trust as a director of the trust and to agree on the terms and conditions of employment.
