§ Mr. Doug HendersonWhen Mr. Nadir was in Turkey, we made repeated representations to the Turkish authorities through our Embassy in Ankara to seek his arrest pending extradition proceedings, and to remind the Turkish authorities that an Interpol "Red Notice" in respect of Mr. Nadir had been issued. We would do so again if Mr. Nadir returned to Turkey from northern Cyprus.
