§ Mr. Win GriffithsThis issue has been raised in recent discussions between my right hon. Friend and the farming unions. The Welsh Affairs Committee has also taken an interest in this matter and the Welsh Office provided a memorandum to the Committee on 14 January 1998. I subsequently gave evidence to the Committee on 16 February.
