To ask the Secretary of State for Defence how many service personnel stationed in Cyprus have been charged with disorderly conduct while off duty in(a) a civilian court or (b) a court martial, in each of the last three years. [18585]

Figures broken down as requested are not held centrally and could be provided only at disproportionate cost. Total figures for the number of offences of disorderly conduct committed by the members of the Resident Infantry Battalions and other permanent units in Cyprus in the last 3 years is set out in the table:
