To ask the Parliamentary Secretary,Lord Chancellor's Department if he will publish the results of research by the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies into the fixed costs regime. [29995]

I anticipate publishing the research in conjunction with a consultation paper on costs in the fast track after Easter.
