§ Mr. Boatenghe report of the "Shoulder Dystocia Group" of the Confidential Inquiry into Stillbirths and Deaths in Infancy will be published in the 5th Annual Report of the Confidential Inquiry before the end of July 1998.
Guidelines on the management of shoulder dystocia will be included in the report and are currently being considered by the appropriate professional organisations with the intention of issuing guidance on clinical practice.
