§ Mr. Chris SmithSecuring access to the benefits of the Lottery for everyone is a fundamental aspect of our policy on Lottery distribution. Among our proposals which I expect to benefit women particularly are funding for out of school child care and healthy living centres, and distributors' plans for a one-stop shop service for community grants.
