§ Mr. HoonThere is no collection of indexed adjudicator determinations in existence. Copies of adjudicator determinations are retained on tribunal files, and are available to members of the public with permission from an adjudicator.
Immigration Appeal Tribunal Decisions can be obtained from the Supreme Court Library on demand. They will also soon be available to subscribers on the Electronic Immigration Network Database via the Internet. This service should be available from April.
