To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will estimate the cost of relocating the Welsh Office from Cardiff to Swansea; and if he will make a statement. [27482]

I have no plans to relocate the Welsh Office from Cardiff to Swansea. If I decide that the Assembly should be based in Swansea, the bulk of the support staff will still remain in Cathays Park, Cardiff.
