§ Mr. MichaelNo. The proposal for anti-social behaviour orders in the Crime and Disorder Bill is intended to prevent criminal or near-criminal activity affecting families and communities. It is not intended to deal with neighbour disputes of this sort. We have no plans to amend the Bill to make special provision for such categories.
