§ Mr. WilsonIn Scotland it is not proposed to set up a separate mechanism for the means testing of EU students' eligibility to pay tuition fees. It will be carried out alongside the means testing of tuition fee support for Scottish domiciled students. The additional costs cannot be separately identified, but are minimal.
