§ Mr. BattleThe rate of the fossil fuel levy is set in response to expected demand on levy funds. My Department is currently reviewing what would be necessary and practical to achieve 10% of the UK's electricity needs from renewable sources by the year 2010. I will publish the outcome of that review later this year.
