§ Mr. Morley[holding answer 28 January 1998]: An amendment has been tabled by my noble Friend, Lord Simon of Highbury, for discussion at Lords Report Stage 166W on 9 February which would provide an exclusion from the Chapter I prohibition under the Bill for this type of co-operative along the lines of EC Regulation 26/62.
