§ Mr. FatchettAs my right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary said when he visited China in January, there is new life in Britain's relations with China. We have made a fresh start down a broad road. We need a healthy relationship which allows us to address together the full range of issues, including difficult areas such as human rights.
