§ Mr. Dewar[holding answer 5 February 1998]: Since 1 May 1997, no civil servants in my Department at the equivalent of the former Grade 3 or above have taken early retirement or official leave, been dismissed, moved to another Department or been offered or rejected an alternative position, either within the Department or another Department. Three have changed jobs within the Department.
