§ Mr. Chris SmithMy Department is aware of a great many Millennium projects being undertaken by a wide variety of organisations and an up-to-date list has been placed in the Libraries of the House.
From April 1998, the British Tourist Authority (BTA), through its Regional Tourist Boards, will be collecting information on Millennium-specific events, which will be available from BTA offices or via the Internet at "www.visitbritain.com". This will supersede the paper record kept by my Department in due course.
