§ Mr. DewarNo civil servants in my Department at the equivalent of the former Grade 3 or above have resigned or retired before pensionable age since 1 May 1997. Three have moved to different responsibilities; they had previously been responsible respectively to the Minister for Agriculture, the Environment and Fisheries; the Minister for Home Affairs and Devolution; and the Minister for Health and the Arts.
