To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what was the cost in(a) 1995–96 and (b) 1996–97 of the (i) income support, (ii) incapacity benefit, (iii) disability living allowance, (iv) attendance allowance, (v) Social Fund, (vi) child benefit, (vii) retirement pension and (viii) maternity allowance in current prices; and what percentage of those costs was accounted for by administration.
