My hon. Friend the Minister for Local Government and Housing also met North Yorkshire, Harrogate and York to discuss their concerns. I understand that the hon. Member was present at the meeting with York City Council.

I also met representatives from Runnymede District Council and my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary with responsibility for the regions met Surrey County Council to discuss their concerns on the provisional settlement.
